"On the nose it is fruity and sweet initially with very distinctive top notes of zesty orange and lemon peel, vanilla custard and treacle toffee. On the palate, more delicate background notes are revealed such as bergamot, sweet pastries and fresh thyme along with white pepper on the palate.
