"'The Infinite' is a new line extension within the Little Book family. Each year, we bottle a portion of our infinity moment in its evolution. Then I carefully select new whiskeys to introduce, shaping the flavor profile for the year to come. Building on the foundational notes of Edition I, I've blended in three distinct bourbons. Bourbon from Booker accentuates the oak, char, and smoke. Fred's bourbon adds rich vanilla, caramel, and dark stone fruit. And my own bourbon brings brightness , with notes of fresh apple and pear."
