These agaves are harvested at peak maturirty and meticulously slow-cooked to unlock their rich flavors of sweet honey. After the cooking process, the agave undergoes natural fermentation with wild yeasts from the surrounding orchards, enriching the tequila with fruitiness and a hint of spice.
