"RE Doble is a unique wine. It oversteps everything we know about wine. Its name 'Doble' comes from the intimate communion between two Mediterranean varities-Garnacha and Carignan. Both grapes come from the same plant, 75 year old vines, grafted with Garnacha in one arm and with Carnignan in the other arm. One vine, two varieties, which grapes are born, grown, matured, harvested, fermented, and turned into a delicious wine in magnificant mutual understanding." Winemaker's Notes
